Beginner 5-8 Years
Beginner classes for those children aged 5-8 years old- no swimming experience needed.
Following the Swimming Teacher Association International Learn to Swim Programme
Improver-stage 3-4
This is for children who are able to swim a small distance on their front and back- basic paddle.
A Swim England stage 2/completed octopus 2 of the STA ILSP scheme
Improver-stage 4-6
For children aged 5 and over who are able to swim 5-10 metres of basic front crawl/backcrawl;. Starting to learn more technique and distance,
Advanced Improver
More advanced- stage 6 be able to swim at least 25-50metres- refining strokes and building stamina. Starting to learn personal survival and rescue techniques
Beginner 8 +
A beginners class for children aged 8 years and older. Perfect for those who want to learn to swim, but feel they are too old for other beginner classes.

Home Education Improver Stage 3-4

Baby Lessons 3months-12months
Lessons for babies aged 3months to 12months. Gentle classes with focus on bonding and fun. No forced submersions

Lessons for babies aged 12months-24 months . Gentle classes with focus on bonding and fun. No forced submersions

Baby Swimming 2-4 Years
Lessons for toddlers aged 24-48months. Fun classes, with focus on confidence, fun and play. Use of songs, actions and activities to encourage swimming

Adult-beginner
This course is for those who are comfortable in the water but cant swim.
